• Do not use fabric softener.
• Stretch the product after washing and let it hang dry.
• Hand wash the protective pads in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• After washing, insert the protective pads with the concave side towards the body

1. Before putting on the protector, open the Velcro in the front area and close using the hand pockets with light tension from behind around the pelvis .



2. Close the cover and check the position of the protective pads on the sides



3. For smooth, uncomplicated use of the Hip Protector when going to the toilet, first pull the protector up, and afterwards, pull the protector down into the correct position again.
