Rehcore.com ( Rehcore AB 559501-4514) sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with a personal or corporate ID number. To shop with us you must be 18 years of age and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. Usual warranties are provided on products where a warranty is applicable and any warranties are valid in Sweden and only for first-hand buyers.

If you have any questions about how to order, you are welcome to email customer service at kundservice@Rehcore.com. Placing an order means that you accept our terms and conditions of purchase and agree that your name and personal or organization number will be registered in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only reached when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have made multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package. In cases where delivery to a parcel agent is not possible, Rehcore.com reserves the right to change to home delivery, this is completely free of charge.
All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping costs will be added, depending on the order amount and which shipping option you choose when ordering.
The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and condition of the product is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.
Rehcore.com reserves the right to make any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment complaints.
You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct when ordering. We do not take responsibility if your information is incorrect and your order is sent to the wrong address.
All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to Rehcore.com or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
Rehcore.com normally processes your order within three days (weekdays excluding holidays) from the time you place your order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the item in stock. Once the item has left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Rehcore.com cannot provide any delay guarantee for items that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for items that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method.
To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Postnord delivers with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website. This applies, for example, to certain locations with postal codes starting with 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.
The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be occasions when it is impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.

Rehcore.com has the right to conduct a credit check where necessary in order to grant credit. As a customer, you agree to pay within the specified time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest.
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (LODA), but we always offer a 45-day open purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer. Products affected by this include gels, creams and oils as well as hygiene items. If you are unsure whether the product you have purchased is affected by this exception, please contact our customer service.
When returning your order, use the attached return form and return label to return your order. If you use our attached return label, we will deduct SEK 59 when refunding your order.
Rehcore.com must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cancellation period has not expired before the goods are sent back. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free reply, the return must be made directly to our return address and we do not accept collection from an agent.

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price including any shipping costs, less the costs incurred by return shipping, as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount to your card.
We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling that arise from packages not collected (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 395 depending on weight if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to collect the package and then return it as described above.
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, you must, within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered, make a complaint by emailing kundservice@rehcore.com or calling our customer service at 033-101880 . You have a three-year right of complaint. A complaint made within two months of discovering the error is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is approved, Rehcore is responsible for all shipping costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish General Complaints Board .
